While the main house offers three bedrooms plus a sleeping loft over the living room, why not add the private one bedroom apartment over the garage? With a king bed and sleeper sofa in the living room, you can bring up to four extra guests. It also includes a full bathroom with shower, living room with wifi, flatscreen TV, kitchen, eating area, heat, portable a/c and cozy porch. The apartment is not attached to the house so outside access is required. This extra space can be added to your reservation for $175/night and must be confirmed prior to arrival so access can be given.

The main house layout is as follows:
Main floor - living room with vaulted ceilings, wood burning fireplace, soaring windows overlooking Whiteface Mt., a telescope for astrology lovers, TV, custom kitchen with coffee bar, granite counter tops, propane stove, all appliances, mud room with outside access to the deck, dining room with seating for 8 at the table and 4 at the peninsula (stools), Full bathroom in the hallway (tub/shower), bedroom with two twins and master suite with king bed, TV, sliding doors leading to the deck, A/C, The bathroom includes a jetted soaking tub & large tiled shower with extra jets.

Lower level - bedroom with queen & patio access, rec room with large flatscreen TV, billiards table, game table, board games, patio access and seating. Laundry room & new arcade.

Open loft over living room - double bed.

We provide linens, towels, a starter supply of firewood during the winter months only, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher soap, bathroom sample size soaps, hairdryer, two toilet papers per bathroom and a full roll of paper towels. There are also some cooking spices, coffee, tea & everything needed to prepare & enjoy a meal.
