Brand new totally renovated room. Extra clean. Keyless entry with code. I am located within minutes of ilm Airport. Centrally located 15 minutes to Downtown Wilmington or 15/20 minutes to Wrightsville Beach. I do have beach accessories that I provide for my guests located in the room. Chairs, umbrella, cooler, bag, towels etc. If there's anything I can help with upon your visit please let me know. NOTE ~ shower is NOT very big. Thank you, Dina

Beautiful

We had a WONDERFUL time during our stay. The decorations were simple and beautiful, Which kept my 2 year old from getting into everything. Thick window shades made for a great nights sleep, and we had no problems with WiFi or tv. Shampoo/conditioner/body wash provided, and smelt amazing. Nice size mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven.. coolers, beach chairs, sunscreen
 she had everything! Would love to stay again if it works with our “get aways.” 10/10.

Shines bright like a diamond

I love this property!!! The thoughtfulness that has gone into the property is astounding. Everything from the beautiful sparkly decor to snacks, coffee, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Check in was a breeze, Dina was awesome to communicate with and the location was exactly what I wanted. I will be back for sure!!!

Cozy, Clean, and Great Host!!

Spent a few days here for a girls trip and I couldn’t be happier we booked this cute little place. Property has a safe/secure private entrance and was very clean and had great amenities. Dina was a FANTASTIC host!! She was quick to respond and very accommodating to any need we had. If you want to be close to Wilmington/Wrightsville beach but don’t want the hustle bustle of downtown this is definitely the place to be!!

College Visit

Clean and quiet room. Convenient to where we needed to be. This is in someone’s house so you do have to drive on their lawn. (We were nervous about driving on someone’s grass). Host is responsive. The room has everything you can think of needing. It was very comfortable for my husband and I. Thank you Dina for a lovely stay.

Unique Place to Lay Your Head

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dina’s property. She was very easy to communicate with, her property was exactly as described, and she was able to provide recommendations for places to go and things to eat in the area. She also offered extras such as beach supplies we could use during our stay, which was a kind bonus! We would definitely stay again.

Dog / Party Issue

Easy to book and in a good location. It was a little confusing where to park. If you stay here you have to drive through the front yard to the left of the house and you'll see the private entrance. Room was exactly as listed and was a good use of the space. I think if more than 2 people are staying you likely may want to find a bigger place. We also liked that she included the beach equipment to use. AC worked great and the bed was comfy. The owner did a good job of having little amenities if you needed something. The owner had a dog who started barking in the middle of the night. This went on for a few hours. The owner also hosted a get together on her back porch which was just a few feet from our window. They weren't obnoxiously loud but were loud enough to keep us up. Maybe this was a one time thing, or they forgot we were staying. But it kept us up for a bit and we didn't get great sleep while we stayed here.

Great stay and communication

It was a nice stay. Passage to room was nicely decorated and private. Motion sensor lights brighten your way at night. Newly renovated rooms. Many nice extras such as snacks, beach towels, bags, games, etc. Nice AC unit to keep room comfortable. Definitely worth using again in future. Host communicated well and was pleasant.

Accurate info. Host was easy to contact and responded quickly. Host was attentive to any possible needs. Liked private access to unit. Newly renovated and well done.Would caution any renter if you are a large person like well over 6' or large in girth, the bath may be tight for you. Murrayville has local restaurant and grocery. Only a few miles from Wilmington city.

Perfect space!

Our family wanted to make a quick trip to the coast and due to work schedules couldn’t stay overnight. Dina worked with us and allowed us to use the space earlier than check in time for kids to nap, everyone to shower, and rest before a last dinner reservation. The host was quick to respond, easy to work with, and the place was very clean and inviting. The kids loved the snacks that were there, the coloring material, and games. We were able to make the most of an 18 hour day trip because of her kindness and response. Would definitely stay here!

Better Than Advertised

Dina's place was even better than advertised! We loved the amenities like snacks, a filtered water pitcher, a toaster oven, microwave, and mini fridge for our week-long stay in Wilmington! The place was spotless! Dina was an excellent host who checked in often. The location is great! It is about 12 minutes to Downtown Wilmington, 15 minutes to Wrightsville Beach, and 35 minutes to Carolina Beach. The area has several restaurants and a Lowe's Foods nearby. I highly recommend staying here!
