Welcome to our condo at Eagle Ridge on the Summit unit 20.
This cozy, nicely maintained Pet Friendly condo offers a quiet yet convenient base for your mountain getawayâwhether youâre here for outdoor adventures, family time, or a peaceful escape where mountains, trees, and nature surround you. Located in Fraser, minutes from Winter Park, this well-maintained condo offers a comfortable and convenient home base for families, couples, and friends enjoying the mountains year-round. Surrounded by pine trees with walkable neighborhood trails, the condo provides a quiet mountain setting while still being close to everything the area has to offer. Guests love having everything they need for a quieter stay just outside town.
The open floor plan encompasses the living, dining and kitchen areas. In the living room guests can enjoy comfortable furnishings that surround the gas fireplace, flat screen television, access to the private deck and a twin pullout ottoman sleeper. The dining area will seat between six to eight guests for meals and two additional guests at the small breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen has slate tile flooring, stainless steel appliances and ample cabinets and countertop space.
The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed, ceiling fan, flat screen television and full en-suite bathroom. In the second bedroom, there is a double/double bunk bed and additional twin trundle bed underneath to sleep a total of three guests with a flat screen television and chair. The main hallway has access to the second full bathroom and the washer and dryer.
Unit amenities include complimentary high-speed internet, pack-and-play crib with bassinet attachment for infants, fully equipped kitchen includes all pots, pans, dishes and utensils. All linens, towels, paper products and toiletries are provided. Children's high chair. Security camera in garage only on the exterior of building and ring door bell at front door. There is no air conditioning available.
Parking is available in the one car heated garage with additional outdoor parking in the main lot.
Located in the town of Fraser, on the free town shuttle bus route, 7 minutes to downtown Winter Park and the Winter Park Ski Resort. 4 minutes to downtown Fraser for grocery shopping, the Amtrak train station. Plenty of year round activities to enjoy including cross country skiing, snowshoeing, downhill skiing and snowboarding and snow tubing. Summer adventures include hiking, mountain biking, golfing and water sports nearby Grand Lake - 30 minutes away.
House Rules: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside of the unit according to homeowner rule. Guests will face a fine of $500 per day if found smoking inside the unit. Designated smoking areas are outside only in the parking lot areas. Check-in time is at 4:00PM and check-out time is at 10:00AM. Reservation holders must be 25 years of age. All guests are required to sign our rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. Quiet hours are from 10:00PM - 7:00 AM.
