The modernized kitchen features wood cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter top space for easy meal preparation and seating for three at the breakfast bar. The main dining table seats up to four and provides a forest view to enjoy during mealtime.
Enjoy your evening by relaxing in front of the gas fireplace or watch your favorite television programming on the flat screen television surrounded by comfortable furnishings and have easy access to the private patio with forest views and an ideal spot to unwind after a day filled with adventures in the local area..
The primary bedroom is furnished with a King-sized bed and twin trundle, flat screen television and en-suite full bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combination.
In the second bedroom a queen-sized bed and twin bunk bed bed and access to the main hallway bathroom with dual vanities and shower.
Guests have the option to utilize the complimentary shuttle service provided by the town, with stops conveniently located just a few steps away from the unit. Alternatively, they can choose to take a brief stroll to the main clubhouse.
Clubhouse amenities include heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with fireplace, flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. Meeting room and self-catering kitchen area available to rent for a fee.
The Beaver Village condos are located 2 blocks from Main Street in downtown Winter Park for shopping, restaurants or nightlife. During the summer months, you can enjoy outdoor concerts, art and craft shows and access the many hiking and biking trails. For the winter months, guests are 2 ½ miles to the Winter Park Ski Resort and 4 ½ miles to the town of Fraser for snow tubing, cross country and snowshoe trails.
House Rules: Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited according to homeowner rule. Guests will face a fine of $200 per day if found smoking or bringing a pet onto the property. Check-in time is at 4:00PM and check-out time is at 10:00AM. Reservation holders must be 25 years of age. Quiet hours are from 10:00PM - 7:00 AM.
