One of the more private Base Camp properties, this luxurious townhome boasts a spacious, inviting open floor plan and plenty of room for your group to spread out and enjoy private time or gather together to share memories of the day. With high-end finishes that include granite countertops, custom cabinetry, wood flooring, two wet bars, and a private hot tub overlooking a cascading creek and the National Forest, this mountain retreat is the perfect place to relax while immersing yourself in the Winter Park mountain experience.

This home was thoughtfully crafted with a high-end chef’s kitchen, complete with an island breakfast bar that seats three adjoining a spacious dining area with large windows looking out into the National Forest, luxuriously comfortable furnishings throughout, multiple fireplaces, and two living areas for unwinding and gathering together. Lots of natural light streams through the floor-to-ceiling windows to add an immersive, natural experience. Four bedrooms, two of which are king-size main suites, make this home a great choice for large family gatherings or two families traveling together. Base Camp is set in the woodlands at the edge of the Arapahoe National Forest, just 200 yards below the ski slopes. This home enjoys modified ski-in/ski-out access via a well maintained short path at the end of the cul-de-sac, which winds through the woods and connects Base Camp to the slopes (some stairs). A free shuttle stop is just steps from the front door and is available for a quick ride to the base area.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
A free EV charger for electric/hybrid cars is available for guest use in the garage.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
