The Darling of Marina sits on a hilltop position in Wirrina Cove, taking in views across the port, ocean, and surrounding countryside. It's a large, well-equipped base for bigger groups, with easy access to Normanville, Rapid Bay, Second Valley, and a short ferry ride from Cape Jervis over to Kangaroo Island.

The master bedroom has a queen-size adjustable massage bed, opens directly onto the patio, and includes its own ensuite. The second bedroom offers a further queen bed, and the third has two bunk beds, sleeping five between them. Upstairs, a loft area opens onto a large balcony with coastal views, with two double sofa beds and an additional folding bed available, bringing total capacity to 14 guests. The main bathroom has a bathtub, shower, toilet, and vanity stocked with complimentary toiletries, plus a separate toilet with basin for guests to use.

The open-plan living and dining area flows out to an undercover patio with a BBQ and pizza oven, and the living room has plush seating in front of a Smart TV with Netflix and YouTube access. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, oven, stove, microwave, kettle, and dishwasher, plus a minibar and fridge for drinks. A dedicated games room offers a 55-inch TV, table tennis, air hockey, table soccer, and a dart board, and ducted heating keeps the whole house comfortable. A washing machine and dryer are also available, along with free on-premise parking with room for multiple vehicles.

The property is not suitable for unsupervised group bookings, parties, or school-leaver celebrations, in line with house rules and neighbourhood requirements

Balcony Notice:
The balcony carpet may have minor lifting or wear along the edges due to general use and occasional bird activity (cockatoos may pick at loose fibres). This does not affect safety, however we recommend light use of the area while maintenance is being arranged.
