Hospitality was fabulous, hotel itself a bit dated

Pros: Hospitality and food
Cons: Rooms need modernising
Location: Location was fine for us as we had a meeting in Witney the next day, the hotel has a small car park, which was very useful
In fairness these guys have just taken over the hotel so any criticism is probably a bit unfair at present. Cannot fault the hospitality or the food, both excellent, the bar area and restuarant are very pleasant and 'did the job'. Our room seemed a bit dated, the bathroom needs replacing and maybe a few basic complimentary toiletries (shampoo and shower gel) would be good, we assumed there would be some so didn't bring any so had to go out to buy some! Would stay there again if in the area.
