Lovely stay with a friendly host; beautifully appointed. Would return.This studio is the result of renovation of part of the host's home. Private access is up a short steep flight of stairs, keypad entry. Quality fittings - for example, nearly every drawer or door is soft-close (quiet). The studio is optimized for a couple. I stayed with my teenager, so we had the sofa bed out, which made the room quite crowded - you could have 4 people here but you'd want to be either spending your time on the deck (big deck, lovely sea views) or just touching down here while spending most of your time elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend staying here with a baby or toddler, too many pretty breakables and hard corners. As a couple, it'd be a great place to relax together, possibly only venturing out for meals.(Limited capacity to do meals there - tiny fridge, combination microwave/oven, place settings for 4 (but very fine glassware for 2), deck includes a sink and a tiny bbq. Very limited desk/table space.)The leather sofa was large and soft, and it faced a big wall-mounted TV. Parrots & cockatoos visit the deck; they are used to being fed sunflower seeds by the host (Rob). The deck includes a hot tub and a privacy screen, and Rob was installing a sauna, which would be accessed from that deck. I got a strong impression that he was enjoying making the place better and better. In-room guides mention that he offers massages for individuals and couples.
