The Space:

Step into serenity at the Wolvi House. From the moment you arrive, winding up the mountain driveway, you’ll feel the stresses of everyday life melt away. This pet-friendly home is designed for those who crave space, nature, and relaxation. Take in sweeping vistas of the Coral Sea, Cooloola Sandpatch, Great Sandy National Park, and surrounding mountain ranges. Sunrise and sunset from the deck are simply unforgettable. Explore 47 acres of private bushland, lush gardens, fruit trees, palms, and striking Australian flora. The kids and dogs will love the space in the garden to run and play, while adults unwind by the fire pit. Adventure is nearby, Cooloola walking trails, mountain biking, creeks and local gems like Cooloola Berries, Sublime Brewery, Pomona Distillery, and Dingo Creek Winery are all close by.



The House:

Living areas: High ceilings, exposed beams, air-conditioned and an open-plan layout create the perfect gathering space for family and friends. Curl up by the indoor fireplace with a glass of wine, or simply soak in the panoramic views.



Kitchen: Newly renovated and fully equipped with a 90cm oven, induction cooktop, large island bench, pantry, coffee machine, air fryer, microwave, and all essentials for cooking and entertaining.



Bedrooms: Sleeping 8 guests in comfort with king beds in the master and second bedrooms, a queen in the third bedroom plus 2 king singles (bunk beds). The master also features air-conditioning for year round comfort.



Bathrooms: Three modern bathrooms, including two ensuites, with double showers and a freestanding bath in the master bedroom offering a spa-like experience surrounded by nature.



Outdoor Experience:

Dine, relax, or unwind on the large wrap-around deck. Enjoy an evening around the outdoor fire pit with wood provided, taking in the stars and serene surroundings.



Elopements:

The property can also accommodate small elopements and intimate ceremonies upon request (additional fees apply). We offer certain seating options and three different styles of arbours to make your day extra special. Please reach out for pre-approval and to get more information about hosting your ceremony at the Wolvi House.



Guest Access:

You’ll have exclusive access to the entire property set on 47 acres, ensuring ultimate privacy and freedom during your stay. There is plenty of parking available on the driveway.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the rural area of Wolvi, this country escape is the perfect base for exploring the Sunshine Coast hinterland, Noosa, Cooloola Coast and beyond. Enjoy a day trip to the pristine beaches of Noosa Heads (about 1 hour’s drive) or Rainbow Beach (around 50 minutes), then return to your tranquil mountain escape. Closer to home, discover local food and drink experiences, charming country towns, and local produce. Outdoor enthusiasts can hike or bike through nearby national parks and trails, or venture further to explore Fraser Island (via Rainbow Beach or Inskip Point) for a truly unforgettable holiday.



Getting Around:

Nestled in the rural area of Wolvi, this property offers a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of city life, with no public transport in close proximity. Having a car at your disposal is highly recommended, allowing you the freedom to explore the picturesque Cooloola Coast and the Sunshine Coast at your own pace.



Other Things to Note:

*Micro-weddings and elopements require prior approval and additional fees. All event enquiries are managed by our designated wedding planner.



*Please note the home is on tank water and not on mains water.



*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)



*Pet-friendly for dogs - upon application (max 2), a $50 per pet booking fee applies. Please reach out to us for pre-approval before booking. Please note we do not accept cats.



*We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum.



*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.



*This property has security cameras which monitor the external gate entrance.
