The Property
Step inside this warm and spacious cabin and enjoy a true White Mountains retreat. The open-concept living area features soaring vaulted tongue-and-groove ceilings, a grand fireplace, a 65” TV, and a cozy sectional stocked with board games. Large windows bring in natural light and frame views of the surrounding woods. 

The fully equipped kitchen makes dining at home easy, with live-edge slab countertops, stainless steel appliances, a 5-burner gas range, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and all the cookware and utensils you’ll need. Gather at the Ethan Allen dining table with seating for six, conveniently located just off the entryway with a coat closet. 

On the first floor, you’ll find a comfortable bedroom with two closets, plus a full bathroom across the hall with a washer and dryer for your convenience. Upstairs, a wooden staircase leads to two more bedrooms and another full bathroom. A ceiling fan and thoughtful design touches make the upstairs a welcoming place to rest after a day of adventure.

Outdoors, enjoy brand-new composite decking in both the front and back. The expansive back deck is perfect for relaxing and entertaining, with a patio set, umbrella, large stainless BBQ, and a bubbling hot tub. From there, step into your private backyard, complete with a natural stone fire pit for cozy evenings under the stars. 

Guest Access
Guests have full access to the entire cabin, including the open living room with fireplace and 65” TV, the fully equipped kitchen, dining area, bedrooms, bathrooms, and washer and dryer. Outdoors, enjoy the brand-new front and back decks, private backyard, bubbling hot tub, large stainless BBQ, patio set with umbrella, and natural stone fire pit. Guests also have access to the Mountain Lakes community amenities, including swimming and kayaking on the lakes, the community pool, and nearby hiking and biking trails. 

Interaction
We split our time between New Hampshire and Massachusetts, so we may be around during your stay. If not, our full-time property manager is nearby and available to assist with anything you need.


The Neighborhood
The cabin is located in the Mountain Lakes community, a private four-season recreation area with something for everyone. Guests can enjoy newly built downhill mountain bike trails—host to multiple competitions each year—plus tennis courts, basketball, a lodge, playgrounds, and hiking paths. In summer, relax at the pool or on one of several sandy beaches, with opportunities for swimming, fishing, kayaking, and canoeing on the lakes. It’s a true outdoor playground just steps from your door. Parking is easy with a private driveway right at the cabin. The Mountain Lakes community is walkable for the pool, lodge, and beaches, though most guests prefer to drive. Local stores and restaurants are just 10 minutes away in Woodsville. Major attractions like Loon and Cannon Mountain ski areas are a short drive, and having a car is recommended to explore the White Mountains.

We’ve equipped the cabin with everything you need for a comfortable stay—kitchen essentials, cookware, utensils, linens, and more. There’s a washer/dryer for your use and a private hot tub just steps away. Nestled in the woods, it’s a quiet, private getaway—perfect for unplugging, though Wi-Fi is available if you’d like to stay connected.
