Beach House is ideally situated for exploring the dramatic North Devon coastline, with scenic walking trails and breathtaking views just a stone's throw away. Whether you're looking for family days at the beach, scenic coastal walks, or simply a relaxing getaway, this spacious holiday home has everything you need.
Designed with both relaxation and socialising in mind, the open-plan kitchen and dining area is a wonderful space to gather, whether you're enjoying a leisurely breakfast before heading out for the day or sharing a special meal in the evening. The two adjoining living spaces are another highlight, and offer plenty of room to unwind. One of the two lounges features large picture windows that frame the sea views and French doors leading to the enclosed garden and patio - perfect for relaxing and al fresco dining. The second lounge provides a cosy retreat with a wood burner, ideal for those cooler evenings.
For those who love a little entertainment, the separate games room is a fantastic addition. Here, guests can enjoy a game of pool, table tennis, or darts, making it a great spot for some friendly competition. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the convenient outdoor shower before stepping inside to the stylish downstairs wet room and handy utility area.
Upstairs, the three beautifully appointed bedrooms each boast en-suite facilities and TVs, ensuring maximum comfort and privacy for all guests. The master suite features a super-king zip-and-link bed and a luxurious en-suite with a spa bath, while the second bedroom offers a comfortable double with an en-suite shower room. The third bedroom is a twin with sea views and an en-suite shower room. To offer greater flexibility, both the first and last bedrooms offer zip-and-link options (available on request). Also upstairs, accessed from the landing, is a large south-facing balcony where guests can enjoy the stunning sea views.

The dining area has a dining table and chairs for 6. There is also a TV and additional comfortable seating.
Living room: The living area comprises of a 2 large comfortable sofas and Smart TV. There is also an additional dining table and chairs for 6. Large picture windows make the most of the Woolacombe bay views, and French doors open out onto the patio and the enclosed garden, ideal for al fresco dining or enjoying balmy evenings.

Utility room: Housing Belfast sink, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Wet room: With walk-in rainfall shower, washbasin, WC & heated towel rail.
