Spacious rooms, clean.

Good stay at the Ramada and would stay again. Close to town. Breakfast needs sprucing up a bit though. Staff pleasant.

Customer service not great but room excellent

Pros: Room was great
Cons: Staff/ customer service
Handover of desk staff meant that I was stood waiting for 5minutes for someone to bother checking me in but other than that everything was fine and went smoothly. room was spotless and comfortable. just couldn't sleep despite the mattress being ok etc.

Hotel of contrasts - fab and charming staff

Pros: The staff are delightful and the hotel has large rooms
Cons: The food was poor with over cooked pasta and jalapeño peppers which are not traditional in an arrabiata - the gym is tiny
The gym is tiny and there are no changing rooms for the spa; cig burns in the carpet and the cracked cup which wasn't changed indicates this was washed by hand in the bathroom and not adequately sterilised.

Lovely room, massive bonus of having full sky

Lovely stay, clean room and really comfy bed. Brilliant air con as it was really humid. Small fridge in room which was handy and also full sky if u wanted to watch decent programmes. Really impressed. Also an ice machine on the second floor so you could help yourself, little extras like that make this hotel more appealing. Also good quiet location.

Comfortable stay

The hotel is about 1 mile from the town centre. There is ample free parking. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean. The only negative comment I would make is that TV channels were pretty limited.

Great hotel - pity about the local roads!

A very nice hotel, well equipped, very clean, very comfortable and with helpful, friendly staff. The breakfast buffet was wonderful (for me)....however.... better vegetarian options (or a clearer indication as to how to request the ones that are available to order) would be helpful.

supurb experience try it

what a great hotel everything was excellant one thing that impressed me was the tv in our room was not tunned in properly i informed the young lady on reception and within ten minutes the tv was done you cant ask for better service we will return there again soon top banana.
