Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive use of the entire home, including all three bedrooms, three bathrooms, living room with sofa bed, and fully equipped kitchen. Outside, you can enjoy the private plunge pool, BBQ area, rooftop jacuzzi with scenic views, foosball table, and a small outdoor playground, making it a versatile space for both relaxation and play.

Located in the charming village of Ix-Xagħra, the home sits close to the UNESCO-listed Ġgantija Temples, Xerri’s Grotto, and the famous red-sand Ramla Bay, one of Gozo’s most beautiful beaches. Xagħra’s main square, with its cafés, restaurants, and traditional festas, offers a genuine taste of Gozo life just a short drive or stroll away.



Getting Around:

You can easily explore the islands of Malta by car, taking a bus, or opting for a taxi. Bus stops are just minutes away in Ix-Xagħra, connecting to Victoria (Gozo's capital) in 10 minutes and ferries to Malta in under an hour. Rent a car for flexibility to explore Ramla Beach (3km) or Ġgantija (1.5km); walking suits village strolls, with supermarkets and eateries nearby for ultimate convenience.

This is a self‑check‑in holiday home. Your unique access code will be available in your Guest Portal once the eco tax has been paid and your Self Check‑In Form completed. Codes activate at 3:00 PM, our official check‑in time. If you’d like to drop off luggage earlier, send us a quick message and we’ll confirm if it’s possible, depending on our cleaning schedule. This is a very popular holiday home and our housekeeping team needs 5–6 hours to prepare the property to a high standard, so your understanding is appreciated. Once your booking is confirmed, our Guest Experience Team will be in touch and you can choose your preferred way to communicate with us; our phone number is also available in the Guest Portal if you’d like to speak to someone directly.



Submitting your eco tax online:

Eco tax, in line with Malta’s Environmental Contribution regulations, must be paid securely via our online payment link before arrival. A secure payment link is sent to you upon booking confirmation. For a smooth arrival, we recommend submitting your payment on the day you book, so you can then complete your Self Check‑In Form and gain access to our Guest Portal to start planning your stay.
