Whaley Nice looks over the rocks and boulders where the waves crash to shore. A few steps away and you are on the rocks and can explore the tide pools right from the backyard!

This home, located in the village of Yachats, sleeps up to 8 guests. It features a split-level entry with views from every room. The open concept living/dining area offers hardwood floors, a beautiful kitchen and a small deck that is a perfect place to sit and enjoy sweeping ocean views and to watch for grey whales during their migration.

Down the hall on the main floor are two bedrooms with queen beds and ocean views that share a full bath in the hallway. Upstairs to the next level you will find a wonderful primary suite that provides plenty of privacy. The ocean views from here are fantastic! With a King bed, a seating nook and its own ensuite bath you won't want to leave. The ocean view footed tub will call to you to relax and be mesmerized by the waves.

The lowest level of the home is a fun media room with a large sectional sofa, tv, and a combination ping pong/pool table. This space is perfect for the kids as there are 2 bunkbeds tucked away behind the media room. Step out the back door to your own ocean front hot tub to soak in after a day of exploring. At the end of the yard is a firepit for relaxing, sipping a favorite drink, and enjoying time outdoors under the stars.

From Whaley Nice you can head in any direction and enjoy a nice walk, either a short one to the village, or a long one along the coast with beautiful scenery on what is called the 804 trail. This home is oceanfront relaxation at its best year-round: equally dramatic and stunning in sunshine and during powerful and beautiful Oregon Coast storms!
