The Space:

Perfectly positioned close to Marina RubicĂłn, Casa La Vista offers comfortable accommodation, excellent outdoor space, and a fantastic location for exploring Playa Blanca. Ideal for families and couples, the villa combines relaxed indoor living with everything needed for an enjoyable self-catering holiday.



Inside, a welcoming lounge provides comfortable seating and a large TV with a wide range of international channels, creating a relaxing space to unwind after a day in the sunshine. Patio doors lead directly onto the terrace and pool area, allowing for easy indoor-outdoor living.



The spacious kitchen is well equipped for preparing anything from simple breakfasts to family meals and features a breakfast bar, plenty of workspace, and a separate utility area with a washing machine.



The villa accommodates guests across three bedrooms. Upstairs, the master bedroom features a king-size bed, air conditioning, an ensuite bathroom, and a private balcony — the perfect spot to enjoy a quiet morning coffee. A second king-size bedroom overlooks the pool terrace and is served by a family bathroom.



The third bedroom is located on the ground floor and is arranged as a single room with an additional pull-out trundle bed, making it particularly well suited to children. A convenient guest WC is also located on this level.



Outside, the private heated swimming pool is surrounded by sun loungers and plenty of space for relaxing in the Lanzarote sunshine. A shaded pergola with comfortable rattan seating offers a welcome escape from the midday sun, while the built-in BBQ and outdoor dining area provide the perfect setting for relaxed al fresco meals with family and friends.



Combining comfortable accommodation, excellent outdoor living, and a location close to the marina and local amenities, Casa La Vista is a wonderful choice for a Playa Blanca holiday.

The Neighborhood:

Casa La Vista enjoys an excellent location just outside Marina RubicĂłn, one of Playa Blanca’s most popular areas. The marina can be reached in around 10 to 15 minutes on foot and offers a fantastic selection of waterfront restaurants, cafĂ©s, bars, boutiques, and leisure activities.



Two supermarkets and local cafés are conveniently located just a couple of minutes' walk from the villa, making it easy to pick up everyday essentials.



The centre of Playa Blanca is walkable or a short taxi ride away, with nearby beaches and the scenic seafront promenade all within easy reach, making Casa La Vista an ideal base for exploring the resort.



Getting Around:

Taxis are readily available, reliable, and affordable for getting around the resort. Lanzarote also has a well-connected and easy-to-use bus network, offering a convenient and budget-friendly way to explore the island.



If you’d like to explore more of the island, we can also arrange car hire through a trusted local company, with the option of airport collection or delivery directly to the villa.

We’ve included a range of thoughtful touches to help you settle in and start enjoying your holiday from the moment you arrive.



A generous welcome pack will be waiting for you, including tea, coffee, milk, sugar, water, orange juice, beer, biscuits, and a bottle of wine or Cava, perfect after your journey.



Bed linen, towels, and pool towels are all provided for your stay. For stays of more than 12 nights, a weekly mid-stay housekeeping service is included. This is a light clean, along with fresh linen and towels, and takes place every 7 days (for example, on day 7 of a 2-week stay, and days 7 and 14 for longer stays). For longer stays, this continues every 7 days thereafter. For bookings of 12 nights or fewer, additional cleaning is not included, but can be arranged on request.



Air conditioning is available and operates on a pay-as-you-use basis at €0.75 per kWh. The meter accepts €1 and €2 coins and can be pre-loaded for your arrival during normal working hours if preferred.



Pool heating is included during the winter months. During the summer months (1st May to 30th September), solar heating is provided, with the option to add electric heating for an additional charge should you prefer a little extra warmth. The hot tub can also be added to your booking for a supplement, ideal for making your stay that little bit more special.



If you’re travelling with little ones, cots and high chairs can be arranged at €25 per week, per item, payable in cash on arrival directly to the local hire company.



A breakage cover fee of ÂŁ10 per person is included in your booking. This replaces the need for a traditional security deposit and covers accidental damage up to ÂŁ400, giving you added peace of mind throughout your stay.

Really nice location handy for local transport, supermarket and bar and restaurant but near enough to walk to Rubicon marina As older holiday makers steps into swimming pool could do with tightened up felt a bit wobbly. But found everything in the villa in very good order.

Excellent Villa

Our first stay at Casa la Vista. We thought it was lovely. It had everything we needed - fully equipped, modern kitchen, plenty of space downstairs, modern bathrooms and the bedrooms were comfortable, light and airy. Outside the garden and pool (warm) were great with a nice mix of sun and shade. Excellent location. 2 minute walk to a supermarket and a couple of friendly bars. 15 minute walk to the marina. Bus stop across the road for regular buses into Playa Blanca old town. Highly recommended. Karen and ~Bob

Just a thought

Enjoyed our stay very much , and we are coming back end of September. We found the villa very private and quiet, very well equipped. We found we did not have a hose pipe to top up pool,as the one in front wasn't working, but didn't have a gate key any way.We would have liked to water garden.Also a clock on wall outside may be a good idea.

Excellent

Excellent, modern, well-furnished villa with everything you need including your own swimming pool in a spacious garden. Very well equipped kitchen, good bathrooms and a very comfortable bed (in master bedroom). An incredible selection of tv channels from all over the world including all sports, Premier League football, Six Nations rugby etc. It is well located in a quiet residential area close to a shopping centre, restaurants and bars all within easy walking distance. There’s also a supermarket just around the corner. There are plenty of very scenic coastal walks with some stunning beaches nearby and the Rubicon Marina is only is only a short walk away. We hired a car and street parking was always available just outside but you can also park on the property itself, it was only 25 minutes from the airport. There is a bus stop just across the road though if you’re relying on public transport. Had a few very minor issues but the letting agent was very friendly and easily contactable resolving things swiftly. Would highly recommend and will definitely return.

A very relaxing holiday

We had an amazing stay at the villa. The villa is located in a peaceful area with a supermarket and cafe just around the corner. The villa itself has all the facilities you need. It is like home from home, a nice living room area, comfortable furniture and TV/ Wi-Fi. A nice downstairs bedroom, plenty of space for cooking in the kitchen with utility room. Downstairs toilet always handy. The upstairs bedrooms are spacious and comfortable beds. Great walk in shower in bathroom and the house is kept so clean and tidy. The garden has a bbq area and we bought fresh meat from the supermarket. Sun beds around the pool and swimming pool is a lovely size. Great seating area where we played cards and enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. There is a bus stop just 2 minutes up the road costing €1.40 into Playa Blancaa taxi is €4. Also hired bikes electricnon electric available from Bike Sensations Plaza del parque Playa Blanca. The walk is really nice into the marina which takes about 15/20 minutes and so many restaurants to eat. Never had a bad meal. I would definitely recommend this beautiful villa it’s a hidden gem. Nice stay in a beautiful House

This was our second stay in Casa La Vista. The house is very spacious and not so cramped with furniture as other house we have stayed in. The furniture and especially the kitchen and refrigerator are of very high standard. The location with good supermarket around the corner and a short walk along the promenade to the Marina with great restaurants is perfect.
