The Space:

Ideal for families and couples, the villa combines relaxed indoor living with everything needed for an enjoyable self-catering holiday.
Inside, a welcoming lounge provides comfortable seating and a large TV with a wide range of international channels, creating a relaxing space to unwind after a day in the sunshine. Patio doors lead directly onto the terrace and pool area, allowing for easy indoor-outdoor living.
The spacious kitchen is well equipped for preparing anything from simple breakfasts to family meals and features a breakfast bar, plenty of workspace, and a separate utility area with a washing machine.
The villa accommodates guests across three bedrooms. Upstairs, the master bedroom features a king-size bed, air conditioning, an ensuite bathroom, and a private balcony â the perfect spot to enjoy a quiet morning coffee. A second king-size bedroom overlooks the pool terrace and is served by a family bathroom.
The third bedroom is located on the ground floor and is arranged as a single room with an additional pull-out trundle bed, making it particularly well suited to children. A convenient guest WC is also located on this level.
Outside, the private heated swimming pool is surrounded by sun loungers and plenty of space for relaxing in the Lanzarote sunshine. A shaded pergola with comfortable rattan seating offers a welcome escape from the midday sun, while the built-in BBQ and outdoor dining area provide the perfect setting for relaxed al fresco meals with family and friends.

The Neighborhood:
Casa La Vista enjoys an excellent location just outside Marina RubicĂłn, one of Playa Blancaâs most popular areas. The marina can be reached in around 10 to 15 minutes on foot and offers a fantastic selection of waterfront restaurants, cafĂ©s, bars, boutiques, and leisure activities.
Two supermarkets and local cafés are conveniently located just a couple of minutes' walk from the villa, making it easy to pick up everyday essentials.
The centre of Playa Blanca is walkable or a short taxi ride away, with nearby beaches and the scenic seafront promenade all within easy reach, making Casa La Vista an ideal base for exploring the resort.
Getting Around:
Taxis are readily available, reliable, and affordable for getting around the resort. Lanzarote also has a well-connected and easy-to-use bus network, offering a convenient and budget-friendly way to explore the island.
If youâd like to explore more of the island, we can also arrange car hire through a trusted local company, with the option of airport collection or delivery directly to the villa.

A generous welcome pack will be waiting for you, including tea, coffee, milk, sugar, water, orange juice, beer, biscuits, and a bottle of wine or Cava, perfect after your journey.
Bed linen, towels, and pool towels are all provided for your stay. For stays of more than 12 nights, a weekly mid-stay housekeeping service is included. This is a light clean, along with fresh linen and towels, and takes place every 7 days (for example, on day 7 of a 2-week stay, and days 7 and 14 for longer stays). For longer stays, this continues every 7 days thereafter. For bookings of 12 nights or fewer, additional cleaning is not included, but can be arranged on request.
Air conditioning is available and operates on a pay-as-you-use basis at âŹ0.75 per kWh. The meter accepts âŹ1 and âŹ2 coins and can be pre-loaded for your arrival during normal working hours if preferred.
Pool heating is included during the winter months. During the summer months (1st May to 30th September), solar heating is provided, with the option to add electric heating for an additional charge should you prefer a little extra warmth. The hot tub can also be added to your booking for a supplement, ideal for making your stay that little bit more special.
If youâre travelling with little ones, cots and high chairs can be arranged at âŹ25 per week, per item, payable in cash on arrival directly to the local hire company.
A breakage cover fee of ÂŁ10 per person is included in your booking. This replaces the need for a traditional security deposit and covers accidental damage up to ÂŁ400, giving you added peace of mind throughout your stay.
