Welcome to Casa Jadaryga, we are an officially licensed (VV3530002360) villa on the exclusive phase 5 development of Faro Park (within 100 metres of a spectacular coastal path) in Playa Blanca.

This very special 3-bedroom, 2 Bathroom Villa with its own private heated pool, has recently been significantly upgraded, and now boasts a fully covered and tastefully furnished c27 square metre roof top terrace and an expanded and enhanced downstairs eating and seating area. Both the roof terrace and dining area have been designed to allow year round usage, for either an Al-Fresco or fully enclosed viewing and/or dining experience dependant on our guest’s personal preference due to the array of sliding windows and doors. The fully covered terrace allows for magnificent sea views 365 days a year, as it can afford total protection from the wind and cool evenings, quite a unique feature for a rental villa on phase 5 and to our knowledge (at time of writing) on Faro Park.

This luxuriously finished villa boasts spectacular rooftop views of the Atlantic, and the neighbouring islands of Fuerteventura and Lobos. The villa offers free WIFI, IPTV with extensive English and foreign Sports (including Sky, TNT etc), Films, Kids and Videos on demand, as well as the regular UK channels with catch-up. There is also a DVD player should you wish to watch your own favourites.

The villa has open-plan lounge, and a fully equipped kitchen, where we have recently fitted a drinking water filter in an effort to reduce plastic waste and strain of carrying heavy water bottles from the supermarket and recently replaced Dishwasher, Oven, Fridge/Freezer, together with a new Washing machine and a separate Tumble dryer conveniently located in an adjoining Solana.

We have provided a mop and broom for your use, as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer for your laundry. If however you prefer to have a midweek visit from the housekeepers to change the towels this can be arranged at additional cost, with a price provided on request. .

Faro Park and Lanzarote in general is a low crime area, however for your comfort and safety we have installed an alarm system which is directly connected to Securitas who together with the local law enforcement agencies and our maintenance team will ensure any issues are dealt with swiftly. You will notice that there are security photo / movement sensor cameras (not video / cctv), discretely placed in rooms downstairs and on the first floor. As a rule we leave the shutters on the cameras open to enable remote pictures when the property is not occupied and maximum security. If you are not comfortable with this arrangement please let ourselves &/or our maintenance team know and we / they will arrange to close the shutters, which switches the sensors into "movement sensor only" mode during your stay which would reduce their effectiveness but would satisfy your requirements.

In order to satisfy and simplify the Spanish / Canarian Governments guest registration requirements (Royal Decree 933/2021 on October 26.) we use a 3rd Party, GDPR compliant, registration service named SES Admin. On completion of your booking with VRBO SES Admin will contact you via E-Mail with a link to their system for you to provide registration details for you and your party. This system, in-turn automatically loads the data supplied, directly into Lanzarote's Ministry of the Interiors system "SES Hospejades" . Registration is a two part process, so you will receive a follow up E-mail from SES Admin nearer to your date of arrival.

Playa Blanca has fantastic weather all the year around which makes Casa Jadaryga the perfect get-away.
