Grosses Appartement mit zweckmässiger Einrichtung. Zusätzliche Services wie Internet und Safe stehen gegen Aufpreis zur Verfügung und funktionieren auch einwandfrei. Anlage ist überschaubar und gepflegt. Kinderspielplatz ist bescheiden. Personal durchwegs freundlich. Essen war nicht besonders.

Les villas sont confortables, régulièrement nettoyées. La nourriture est très allemande/britannique : pour nous la 1/2 pension était donc idéale pour manger espagnol en dehors de l'hôtel (bon resto a 500m ou sur le port à Playa blanca). Belles balades à faire le long de la mer!!! Le service wifi reste très élevé par contre....

Terribke staff, quiet location

The staff were extremely rude in particular the manager. The food was very minimal in terms of the range & had to eat out 3/5 nights. The room itself was lovely however there was nothing in the area of the hotel at all & it is a minimum of one hour walk to playa Blanca or 6-7 euros in a taxi. I would never normally write a review however would not stay here again.

Dear Guest, we are very sad because your stay with us does not as you expected. Normally we have very nice staff valoration from our guests, this is the reason because we are very confused with this comment. For sure, we will consider it. Your opinion about our location is very personal felling because most of our clients think that it is the best point of the complex. In front of the ocean, with the best sunset in Lanzarote and not so far of the centre but in a peaceful place. Bon rapport qualité/prix , mais ...

Nous avons été déçu de l'emplacement de notre villa. En effet, elle était situé juste devant les poubelles et derrière la réception et à côté du parking. Cuisine grasse mais n'est ce pas typiquement espagnol ?! La douche fuyait le long de la baignoire ce qui inondait la salle de bain.Nous avons dû trouver un stratagème avec des serviettes de bains faisant office de digue pour éviter de glisser en sortant de la baignoire. Le créneau horaire du dîner est un peu court ( 18h30 - 21H00). Mention spéciale pour la jolie "barmaid" brune qui était très sympa.
