Villa Emilia is all about its intimate outdoors, with a secluded terracotta-tiled terrace all to yourself. Boasting 300 sunny days a year across the Canary Islands, unwind on the sun loungers and soak up the endless sunshine. For the ultimate lazy afternoon, make a splash in the sparkling swimming pool to escape the heat. Follow the set of double French doors to snug interiors – with contemporary décor, wooden ceilings and inviting colour tones that fill the villa with a feeling of warmth. The two double bedrooms, spacious lounge, dining area, and modern kitchen area spread across one floor, forming an intimate villa escape. As the evening seeps in, we can’t think of a better place to watch the sunset than with dinner and drinks in the alfresco dining area.

**The swimming pool is heated by a solar pump and is included in the villa rental cost. We would like to advise that during periods of overcast weather, the swimming pool might not be heated as much if you do not take the Electric Pool heating option. Electric pool heating is available and can be added as an extra during the summer months on a request basis. Electric pool heating is included from November to April.**
