Separate guest suite with private entrance and King Bed

Enjoy the 500 foot space connected to our own home. The entrance is in the rear of the home and is accessed by opening a side gate and walking to the back of the home which can be dark if you are coming in the middle of the night. There is an electronic keypad lock and code to open the back door. This access code is specialized for each guest.

There is a family room with a recliner couch (2 of the 3 sections recline), a coffee table which top can be lifted up and used as a table, a mini fridge (with a very tiny freezer), a microwave, keurig coffee maker, darts, electric basketball game, a small bathroom with only a shower (no tub), and a separate bedroom with a king size bed.

There is only one parking spot on the right side of the driveway. There is only room for one car.

We are in a middle class neighborhood and our area is very safe. This is a family neighborhood and a strict homeowners association which does not allow for parties. As our home is connected to the guest suite, if we hear of any parties guests will be immediately removed from the property.

We are 15 minutes from downtown Yakima and within a short drive or walk to many restaurants, gas stations, and grocery stores.
