This is a multi-family home. You will be staying in the top floor that is private and exclusive to you. No spaces are shared. We have another tenant that stays in the other unit. She is a non long term tenant who is very kind and respectful.

Our check-out time is 11 am. Late checkout after 11 am and before 12 pm will incur a $100 late checkout fee. Late checkout after 12 pm will be charged the amount equal to the cost of stay of the given day.
