What a wonderful time we had at 52A Main St where we celebrated our annual family Christmas event! The accommodations here are so warm/welcoming and the open space concept allows for our large group to gather. There's much to enjoy right onsite (indoor/outdoor games, ping pong, biking) and the property is just a short walk to Short Sands Beach! Pam & Mike are incredibly gracious hosts and we've all felt very grateful to be able to continue our annual family tradition here!

The house was very clean and easily fit the whole family (Nine adults and two children) Everything we needed was available and the host was very responsive to any questions. We were close enough to the beach. All of us were able to walk there easily. We would recommend this place 100%.

Beautiful property! Everything you need for a great vacation! Everyone loved playing ping pong. All that we needed for the beach and a great back yard and fire pit. Nice walk to downtown and Short Sands Beach. Bedrooms were large wuth lots of closets and dressers. We highly recommend this house for a family! Very accommodating hosts!

All we could ask for

Perfect Beach home for our family of 13. Had everything we needed, indoors and out. Nice large yard with a firepit to enjoy outdoor dinners and fireside chats and smores, of course! The walk to the beach was perfect, a nice distance to get a little exercise but still be close enough to the beach action. It is very nice that bikes were supplied, we took a morning ride to Nubble light. Thank you Mike and Pam for everything you do to provide a perfect family getaway.

This house was perfect. Seriously, we wouldn’t change a thing. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The layout worked really well for our group, and every room felt well thought out. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked, and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax.We’ve rented a lot of places over the years, and this one really stood out. It just felt easy. The hosts clearly put care into the details, beach gear, bikes, a grill, a fire pit, plenty of towels and linen, it was all there. We didn’t have to run out for anything.The location was great too. It’s close to Short Sands but still felt quiet and tucked away. We could walk to everything without feeling like we were in the middle of the crowds.Communication with the host was quick and friendly. Check-in was simple and everything was exactly as described, maybe even better. I saw other reviews that mentioned how well taken care of the place is and I totally agree. It’s clear they’ve been doing this a while and know what makes a rental actually enjoyable.Bottom line: this is one of those rare vacation rentals where everything just clicks. We’d come back in a heartbeat.

You won’t be disappointed!

We have rented this house for 3 years. It’s in a great location, close to the shops and Short Sands. They provide towels, beach chairs, boogey boards, sand buckets and shovels, sand wagons, bikes
. There’s really so much they provide that it makes your vacation so much more relaxing that you don’t have to bring all the little things to make your vacation enjoyable. We couldn’t ask for a more stocked house close to everything! Pamela and Mike are amazing hosts and are quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We look forward to our stay for years to come!

Greff/Griffin Family Vacation

Flew in from ND on a Monday and out on a Friday. Filled our days with a train trip to Boston, whale watching in Portland, walks on Fisherman’s Trail and Marginal Way, and hanging on the beach. The accommodations were perfect for our family of 8. Not having to pack a crib, high chair, and toys was wonderful. Maple bedrooms and bathrooms for all of us.

Beautiful, Well Appointed Property

We had a wonderful time at this property. The location was great - quiet but still close to town. The rooms were huge, beds were very comfortable and the house was well stocked with towels, extra pillows, etc. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need. The house was clean and well kept. This house was a perfect fit for your annual girls weekend. It was very clean, and had everything we needed. We had a wonderful stay at this property! The hosts were kind and communicative. The house is large, clean, and well equipped. There are two garages separating you from the other unit and noise was never an issue at all. Lots of parking and walking distance to the beach, shops and lots of places to eat or enjoy live music.

Great LDW Getaway

We had a fantastic time staying at this home. The location is prime, just minutes walk from town and the beach. Fabulous House to Rent

You cannot go wrong by booking a house owned by Mike and Pam. We have stayed at their properties for 3 years and already booked our vacation at 52B for next year! The house and amenities are gorgeous. The owners are friendly and respond back to you very quickly. We had 3 generations of family (from 7 months to 74 years) and we all had a great time!
