Only a 3 minute walk to beautiful Mill Creek Park where you can enjoy many activities such as boating, fishing, walking, biking, hiking trails or just relaxing by one of the three lakes the park has to offer. Five minute drive to many restaurants, shops, casino, movie theaters, museums and hospitals.

First floor has a spacious cozy living room with a comfortable sectional sofa with a lot of plush pillows and a recliner. Watch your favorite show or movie on the 55" smart tv offering over 100 channels, free Amazon Prime and Netflix. Enjoy an evening playing the many family friendly board games and playing cards. There's also an electric fireplace that will keep the room toasty on a chilly night. A safe box is also available for your personal items.

The kitchen is loaded with everything a cook can imagine. Complete set of pots and pans, silverware, utensils, plates, cups, toaster, blender, mixer and etc. Stainless steel appliances (stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher). Elaborate coffee bar with a coffee machine, electric kettle, regular and decaf coffee and tea, instant coffee, sugar, honey, creamer and stirs. Don't forget the wine bar that includes a variety of wines to enjoy while relaxing on the covered porch, fire pit or anywhere in the house you're comfortable.

Second floor has two bedrooms and one bath. First huge bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and a futon that can be used as an extra bed, quiet reading area or relaxing while watching a good movie on Prime or Netflix. Business professionals will enjoy the spacious work desk with a light and a charging station for more than one smart phone or tablet. Also, there are two spacious closets and a full length mirror.

Second bedroom also has a comfortable queen size bed with a variety of soft to firm pillows to suit your liking. Bedroom has a large closet, Fire tv and a digital clock with built in phone charging ports.

Bathroom is completely stocked with soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, makeup wipes and towels, blow dryer and curling iron. Extra bath towels, hand towels and washcloths are located in the closet right outside the bathroom.

Outside is a huge front covered porch with a dining table and chairs. At the other end of the porch is a sofa, coffee table and two chairs to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. Backyard is completely fenced-in with a deck and BBQ grill. Finish off the evening relaxing by the fire pit with Tiki Torches and Market lights gleaming above. (Note: fire pit, porch and deck furniture are seasonal only (late March until end of November).

Guests have access to the full basement to use the washer and dryer except one storage room. Detergent, spot removal, dryer sheets, clothes basket and drying rack provided. Arcade games for the kids also provided in the basement.

If you want to do sightseeing out of the local area, Pittsburgh and Cleveland are only a one hour drive from Youngstown.

A guest manual will be available upon arrival so you can enjoy all that Youngstown and the surrounding areas have to offer.
