Woodland Oasis Cabin Apartment

Hi I am Kathryn.My family moved here from The UK 9 years ago.And bought this Charming home .Attached to the main building .is a cozy 500sq ft self contained apt free from contact.With ample street parking .We are the perfect stop over being a half Way between Chicago and New York. 7mins away from In I80 E or W ext 229 or route 711 ext 228a off Belmont ave .15min to MahValley race course ,5 min to St Elizabeths ,Y.S.U, Covelli ,Downtown .Lords town is 20 mins away.3mins to Youngs.C.Club.
The space
This cozy 500sq ft apartment has a feel of being in a wood cabin ,there is a flight if STAIRS to access the apt .You can then relax-looking out if the window at tree tops in a recliner,rocking chair or sit in the garden and listen to the birds in the morning.There is a 55inch T.V to relax while laying on the sofa in the lounge.There is a kitchen with a full cooker,fridge freezer microwave,,Toaster and lots more.I do provide coffee maker,coffee ,Tea sugar and creamers .A bathroom with Tub and Shower .Separate bedroom .luxury 16 inch memory foam mattress on the full size bed .there is a dresser and a desk ,a comfortable chair for relaxing. AlsoThere is a fully sprung portable single bed with a memory phone topper that will be based in the lounge for the extra guest on request when booking .We do have A C based in the lounge and the bedroom windows also ceiling fans in the kitchen and bedroom for the summer months.In the winter months you have heating throughout with your own controls based on the wall in the lounge .
Guest access
Guests have access to there own carriage style front.With a door leading to a private apartment.There is a lockbox on the left hand side with the keys .Code will be released when booked there is space to hang your outdoor wear if needed and a flight of stairs leading to your apt door.This apartment is located at the back of the main house .Please walk along the right side of the property turn left past a screened in porch you will see a front door with a lockbox on left. .Please park your car on the street in the front of the main house .
Other things to note
We do have a Golden Retriever pup .He lives in the main house .The washer is large and new the dryer is apt size .both are located on the left in a little room as you walk Through the main front door before you go upstairs.There is public transport if you prefer there is Uber and Lyft. Monthly stays or more are for a max of 2 people.We do accommodate med students on rotations off season.
