OPEN CONCEPT LIVING & DINING AREA

Connected to the pool and outdoor dining area is our light-filled living space with full kitchen and dining area. The dining table seats 12 plus there are 2 spots at the kitchen counter and more available in our flex room that can double as kids dining or an office workspace. The large smart TV is internet-connected and ready to stream your favorite channels such as Netflix. The kitchen is a joy to use with its unique granite countertops natural gas cooktop, double gas oven, built-in water/ice refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and massive sink.

BED & BATH

The home sleeps up to 14 people with 6 bedrooms and 7 beds.

The primary suite is appointed with a king bed, large TV, 2 closets, and direct pool/spa/patio access. The spa-like en-suite bathroom includes double sinks, jetted tub, and a walk-in two-person rain shower with three shower heads.

The second suite has a queen bed, closet, smart TV, an en-suite bathroom with double vanity, and a tub/shower combination.

The third bedroom holds a queen-over-queen bunk bed and closet.

The fourth and fifth bedrooms both have king beds, closets and smart TVs. An adjacent full bath provides added convenience.

The sixth bedroom has a canopy king bed, smart TV, and closet.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Cook outdoors in your desert resort-like oasis -- the yard includes a built-in gas grill, a sit-up bar, and a covered alfresco dining area that seats up to 14 people. Creating ambience in this outdoor patio dining area is easy with our optional propane fire table feature. Guests who wish to use the fire table will be responsible for their own propane expenses.

The massive lap pool begs you to swim every day. It also has color LED lighting for a more festive ambiance. The pool is heated by a natural gas heater in the winter and stays refreshingly cool in the summer months. Guests who wish to use gas to heat the pool must pay actual gas expenses.

Soak in the enormous, raised whirlpool spa with independent color LED lighting or practice your skills on our 8-hole minigolf greens.

Total parking is available for up to 7 small vehicles, but 5 vehicles is more comfortable.

All guests must respect a 10pm to 7am noise curfew per city regulations.

Rather than add a flat pool heat fee, renters pay actual costs of natural gas for pool heat and fireplace use. In that way, you decide how much you want to use and it's fair for all.

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized in compliance with COVID-19 protocols.
