Come live out your desert dreams in our newly remodeled stylish desert house. This property is secluded and surrounded by an abundance of desert landscape with endless views of the dark skies. The Flamingo Ranch boasts 2 bedrooms, 2 bath, a large bright living room, full kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining area, hot tub with out door shower and comfortable outdoor seating to sit back and relax and enjoy the stars above.
THE SPACE
The ranch is enveloped with windows, which maximizes natural light and provides beautiful views of the desert landscape. The home's original concrete floors have been restored and polished, creating a clean and contemporary environment to relax in. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with comfortable sleeping arrangements for 4 people; a queen bed in each room.
The property is your's to roam and relax. With multiple separate lounge areas, we have created the perfect setting for a cup of coffee with the sunrise or a cocktail during Golden Hour.
•THE OUTDOORS
The expansive property comes equipped with outdoor amenities including an outdoor dining room and hot tub for relaxing and incredible stargazing. Guests will also be able to cool off using the outdoor shower.

There will be a rental agreement sent out that will need a signature to complete the reservation

The Flamingo Ranch is cooled by mini-splits in each room. This will help keep the house cool during warmer desert days and warmer during those chilly nights.
• HOT TUB
The hot tub is set to automatically filter so you may hear it turning itself on and off. That is totally normal.
• WASHER/DRYER
The Flamingo Ranch has a washer and dryer available to guests that's are staying with us for an extended period for 3 or more days.
• FIRE
Due to the location and a current open fire ban there is a strict no outside wood burning fire policy. If it is discovered that you have started an outside fire, using fireworks or other open fire means your rental agreement will be terminated and you will be asked to leave.
• GUESTS
You are not permitted to have any guests on the property beyond those included in your rental agreement unless you request and receive permission from us. That includes day guests and over night guests.
• IDENTITY VERIFICATION
You will receive a text or email from Guest Ranger that will ask you to verify your identity and submit a picture of a government issued ID and a selfie. This information will be used to verify that the booking guest matches the credit card used and to help reduce any issues with identity theft. This process is mandatory to complete the booking. The data is protected in a hash-encrypted vault following data security standards including GDPR. Data-input in the vault is encrypted in a two-way function where information is scrambled using an encryption key and unscrambled later using a decryption key. On top of that, we use hashing to add an extra layer of security using a one-way function where a unique message digest is generated from an input file or a string of text. No keys are used.
By renting this property, guest acknowledges that they have read, understand and accept the terms listed above.
