VILLA ETNEA - CATANIA AREA

Located on the slopes of Mt Etna, Villa Etnea reflects the style of the area, built with eco-friendly materials featuring traditional elements such as the volcanic rock walls. Surrounded by Mount Etna’s unique environment with its vineyards, orchards and low stone walls, the villa is only a short driving distance away and takes you to places like Etnaland, the waterpark, Taormina, Syracuse and Catania.

The property offers an amazing private swimming pool with panoramic views, large terraces, a garden with aromatic plants and a beautiful spa area with Jacuzzi (heated up to 28 degrees only in the period from 01.10.23 to 31.05.2024 and then from 01.10.24 to 31.05.2025. In the rest of the year the jacuzzi won‘t be heated but still at disposal of the guests), Turkish bath, sauna, multi-sensory shower and salt grotto.

The villa develops over three levels and is composed of a main house, a small cottage and an annex.

MAIN HOUSE - Sleeps 5
On the ground floor, we find the living area with fireplace and sofas; from the living room, we access the dining room with table and chairs and another fireplace; from the dining room, we enter the kitchen with another dining table with chairs, large fridge and freezer, large stove and oven, etc.; there is one guest bathroom with toilet and sink and a laundry room.

Indoor stairs take us to the first floor where we find one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bath tub and shower, one twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, one single bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower.

On the lower floor, we have the wellness area consisting of a Jacuzzi (5x3m; 1.2m deep; heated up to 28 degrees only in the period from 01.10.23 to 31.05.2024 and then from 01.10.24 to 31.05.2025. In the rest of the year the jacuzzi won‘t be heated but still at disposal of the guests), salt grotto, sauna, Turkish bath, multi-sensory shower and a relaxing area.

COTTAGE (CLOSED OFF) - Sleeps 2+1
The cottage is composed of a suite with one double bed in the loft area, a single sofa bed and one bathroom with shower. This part of the house will be closed off when the villa is booked with the lower occupancy price of up to 6 guests.

ANNEX (CLOSED OFF) – Sleeps 2
In the annex, we have one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. This annex will be closed off when the villa is booked with the lower occupancy price of up to 8 guests.

Outside, the villa offers expansive gardens and terraces. There is a private swimming pool (12x6m; 0.5 – 1.5m deep; open from March 26 to November 18; salt depuration) with sun lounges, a football field in front of the pool area for children and adults to play on and a covered gazebo with table and chairs for al-fresco dining. All this, with stunning views over the sea and countryside.
