A sleek guest WC sits conveniently near the main living space on the ground floor, ensuring comfort and ease. At the heart of the villa, an open-plan living and dining area flows effortlessly into a fully equipped kitchen—creating a space made for gathering, unwinding, and slow mornings. Sunlight pours in from the terrace doors, drawing you out toward the pool and the endless blue beyond.
