Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues (charcoal) under sunset skies, with Covered Dinning Area with BBQ ( Charcoal). The property lays in sqm outdoor area with captivating grounds and within walking distance to Gerakas beach, restaurants & shops. The luxurious villa features a two seater hot tub overlooking the Ionian Sea, the ideal spot for G&T o’clock. Designed for ultimate luxury, the retreat features also an outdoor fitness equipment, Heated Spa Whirlpool featuring sea views and an outdoor playground. Private Parking for 2 Cars, with a 3 KVAT power supply, additional car parking space also outdoors free of charge.

Outdoor Pool Heating Policy
- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 70 €/day
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available

Alexandra Luxurious Villa is designed with beauty and functionality in mind. The leading style throughout the home combines contemporary modern spaces with glam accents which makes the leaving spaces a real pleasure to be in and to a true work of art. The lounge features a panoramic window with gorgeous sea views which leads to the terrace and pool. It consists of a stunning open space, comfortable living area which opens into dining area, spacious enough to comfortably accommodate 8 guests, while also offering a PlayStation 5 for relaxed entertainment moments. It also features a modern and bright open-plan kitchen for culinary wonders. The stunning property can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests in real beds and if needed there is a comfortable sofa in the lounge area, where two more guests can be accommodated. Maximum occupancy is 8 guests.
