The newly constructed two-storey villa features contemporary decor that is both comfortable and inviting. The open-plan design seamlessly connects the main living, dining, and kitchen areas, with patio doors opening onto the sun terrace. The ground floor hosts a charming bedroom with a separate shower room and direct access to the swimming pool terrace. Ascend to the first floor, where two twin bedrooms await, each accompanied by a private shower room and balconies that offer breath-taking views of the surroundings. To access the villa there is a path which is 200cm wide. The front door has a width of 84cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 200cm wide. The terrace is open-plan, flat and tiled with a small lawn area. The pool itself has ladder access. The ground floor bedroom door is 80cm wide, whilst the shower room door is 79cm wide. There are 19 steps to the first floor.
