Please note, this villa is in a very hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 110cm wide alongside 15 steps. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 80cm wide. The terrace is open-plan, with crazy paving which can be uneven in places. There is a step down from the shaded area to the poolside. The pool itself has ladder access. There are no ground floor bedrooms. There are 15 steps to the first floor where the bedroom and bathrooms doors are all 77cm wide.
