This luxurious celebrity villa is located in Chukuani A, Zanzibar just about 8 minutes drive from the airport and like 12 minutes drive from seaport. This pad has 4 rooms ALL WITH EN-SUITE washrooms, fully furnished, has balcony view, private veranda which gives access to Zanzibar spectacular sunrise, TV, GYM, private secure parking wall fence, SWIMMING POOL, SAUNA, SPA, HOT TUB, garden, fully equipped kitchen, Chef available on request, dinning table, A/C, modern lounge and the BEACH is near

The space
This executive pad will be yours and and with your guests only, no one else will share with you. Security man is available he has own independent small house at the back in the compound. Security man he will guide you on how to access local transport, tour guide, travel agents, care hire, burea de change, tourist attractions, hospital etc.

We have a very good wifi which will support your daily online communication, we have private room for meetings/reading room, CCTV, you can buy food and our chef will cook it for you (request us in advance), we dont only have tub but also shower, all rooms on 1st floor, family toilet on ground floor and we have balcony to be used to view swimmers in the swimming pool. The house is suitable for a family of upto 8 adults, you may add upto 2 more extra adults at an extra $39 per person which can sleep on foldable beds in living room or in the reading room.

Guest access
They will access virtually all areas including the gym, swimming pool, tub, shower, sauna, bedrooms, kitchen, living room, garden, balcon, reading room/office etc

Guest interaction
Security man will be available day and night if in need of anything, he will respect your privacy and values and stay some distance from you in his own house within the compound.

Neighbourhood overview
Our villa is situated in one of the most newest and prime areas of the island generally in a very safe and secure area. As anywhere in the world you must take personal responsibility of your belongings, wildlife and health related problems. Please be aware that occasionally nationwide they might be a possibility of power cuts and water shortages at some point. We have our own generator which can be switched on in case of power cuts and reserved tanks of water.

Getting around
Taxis, public transport and car hire are the main means of transport. Some use bicycles to move from A to B, some do exercise and jog/walk to the nearest beaches and spend time on white sand in the morning or evening
