Here`s all you need to know:
Latest check out time is 10 am.
Make yourself at home, all we ask is hat you treat it as you would your own. There are other tenants in the building, please don`t disturb them with loud music, etc.
The apartment will be cleaned after your departure, but please tidy up before you leave, i.e. clean the dishes, dispose of food. And please take out the trash - the container is just in front of the building.
Smoking is not permitted in the apartment and in the building, 200 CHF penalty fee will be charged if you smoke, thanks for your understanding. No pets allowed, unless agreed with us prior to booking.
Please note there is no shampoo, conditioner, cream and soap.
Towels and linen are provided.
The washer and dryer are in the building, on the attic floor (upper floor under the roof). You need a badge to use the machines. You can collect the badge from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm at my office:
ZR Zurich Relocation AG, Seefeldstrasse 27, second floor.
If you loose the badge I will charge you 200 CHF for the replacement fee.

The apartment and furniture is handed over in working condition and duly cleaned. The guest agrees to report and pay for the replacement of any missing, damaged and/or broken items. In the case that a key is lost, the guest agrees to pay for the change of the lock(s).
