Nestled in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood, this large 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home with patio and large yard is the perfect retreat!

This property is in the village of Brockport, which is located along the famous Erie Canal, and is a quaint college town which is both established and vibrantly youthful!

The double garage is available for your use during your stay. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival.

Pets welcome if approved - $25/night/pet. Please enquire.
No shoes in house please - thank you!

NO smoking of any kind please - penalty $200 if ozone machine required for next guest. All smoking must be done outdoors.

Pets are welcome w/ prior approval; I kindly ask that they please stay off of the furniture.

Please note my pet fee is $25/night/pet and will be requested about a week before your arrival. If you are bringing a pet or pets, please reach out and let me know the breeds and sizes. Thank you. For longer stays, I am open to a reduced pet fee.

The property was amazing. A huge backyard visited by a family of deer, large stone patio with comfy furniture. The house itself was beautifully furnished with a jacuzzi tub and garage access. The kitchen was stocked with all kinds of coffee supplies, spices, and small appliances. Two dining rooms and two living areas gave us space to spread out. Very pet friendly with a lead from the patio to the back yard provided. The owner was excellent in her communications, checking in with us to make sure everything as going smoothly and keeping us updated before our stay. We would love to come back to this property and will recommend it to friends and family!

This was our 3rd stay at this property, and it did not disappoint. The host is extremely responsive and the property is very well maintained. We were able to take advantage of the amazing patio and yard on this stay. The deer and rabbits were a lovely addition to this visit. We have stayed in the winter and summer months, and able to control the thermostat to our preferred temperature for comfort.

Incredibly comfortable

The property is beautiful inside and out and so comfortable. I arrived here after a 13 hour drive and it was amazing to relax in the jetted tub and hang out on the luxurious chairs and couches. Lots of great places to eat nearby, convenient to everything in Rochester and not too far from Niagara Falls and Buffalo either.Very quiet neighborhood wonderful for evening or morning walks. I really enjoyed looking at all the flower gardens. Easy check in and check out and the host was friendly and responsive. 10/10, if I didn't live here now I'd definitely be back to stay!

Great Place to Relax

We stayed here after my mother passed away. This was an amazing place to come back and relax during a hectic time. The house was clean and offer spaces for my family. If in the area, I would definitely stay here again!

2nd Stay at this Property

We were visiting my son and his family, and stayed at this property for the second time. It was an excellent choice in November, and this past June we were able to enjoy beautiful patio and large yard. I am sure we will stay again.

Great Location!

Quite neighborhood, deer came into back yard several times a day. Great location only minutes from Erie canal, Rochester and SeaBreeze Amusement Park. Approximately 1 hour drive to Niagara Falls, worth the trip.

Nice cozy house

We had good time in the house with amenities, kitchen and more. Backyard is also big for kids to have good time. Drive way can accomodate multiple cars. Garage we didn't use and Cheryl was in touch with me for any assistance needed.

The property is excellent for a family. Three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, two sitting rooms. The yard is expansive with some lovely nature to see. Highly recommended for any group staying in the area. Cheryl was responsive to all of our needs.

Family Home in Brockport, NY

We enjoyed our stay at 171 Gary very much! It was easy to find, in a pleasant neighborhood but close to a main road. We found it clean & uncluttered, nicely decorated and comfortable - such a pleasant environment to spend time in. This home is well taken care of, and guests needs are well - anticipated, with coffee, tea and sweetners on the counter by the fridge, to games in the family room, books & cookbooks to peruse, to the Wifi password being visible where most likely needed, etc. The host was good about communicating with us promptly for any questions she or we had. A binder left on the kitchen counter giving information for our stay and expectations was very helpful. The patio out back will also be a pleasant space for those who stay during warmer weather. Awesome Home

The property is exactly what is represented in the pictures. The property manager was extremely responsive, and answered all our questions timely. The bathrooms were equipped with plenty of towels shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There is not an appliance or kitchen apparatus excluded (keurig, waffle maker, toaster, blender). We had a great family weekend, and will definitely book this property again.

Family Getaway

We had a fabulous stay with the kids, grandparents and dogs. The house is so loved with lots of thoughtful touches. Soap by every sink seems such a simple thing but so many rentals you arrive at and then have to visit the shop for things that aren't there. This place has everything! Great communication with the owner also! Thoroughly recommended

Perfect family location

This property is just as pictured. All three bedrooms are spacious. So much room in all the living spaces and the backyard is amazing. This was a 7 minute walk to the family we were visiting and a short drive to Main Street. Our host communicated with us throughout the visit. All the amenities you need for the perfect family stay.

A week in Brockport

My adult daughters and I visited from south Florida for a week to visit my brother and his family in July. I looked for rental homes in his neighborhood and was pleasantly surprised to find this property was only 3 minutes from my brother. The home was in a quiet, neighborhood. The house was large and probably more than 3 people needed, but we loved that and enjoyed having our own rooms. The backyard was the best. We woke up to large trees, bunnies and deer. It was so peacful. Everything we needed. The house was equipped with everything we needed to cook, do laundry, watch TV and just relax. The host was available to message throughout the week in case I had any questions. The town of Brockport was quaint and close to many things that interest us. I highly reccommend this home for a vacation or short getaway. We are already discussing reserving it again in the future.
