Located on the 9th floor you have amazing views of the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway. Beautiful coquina sand glistens from the beach and gorgeous views of the large community pool. This unit boasts almost 2400 living square foot of living space, including an incredible remodeled kitchen that is perfect for meal prepping and entertaining. The living area is situated in a way that you have views of both waterways, a sitting room for reading or relaxing and spacious dining area for meals. This unit features 4 full bedrooms, 3 of which offer their own private bathroom. Three bedrooms feature queen beds, the fourth has 1 full & 1 twin bed. All bedrooms have televisions. This home easily sleeps 8 people with space for everyone. There is a full size washer and dryer in the unit as well. All windows provide a view of the ocean!

The community of Ocean View Manor features underground parking, a private storage unit filled with beach supplies, fitness gym, sauna, meeting space, community pool, tennis and shuffle board courts. Building offers secure entry.

Penthouse paradise

Soooo many great things about this place. First and foremost the view!! The ocean from every window! Unbeatable. Layout is spacious. Kitchen is fully stocked. A bath in every bedroom. But the residents clearly don't want you there. We were given dirty looks in the elevators. Blamed for noise of dragging chairs by a resident that claimed she was below us. My son and grandson were verbally harassed about not walking on the grass. This was not in the rules. Worst of all they changed the policy on where to walk your dog. This also was not on the 5 page document of rules i had to sign to rent the place. Evidently now you have to walk to the basement of the building to access stairs that take you right back up to ground level to a designated dog area. We were lectured about this by a resident that came to our door interupting our vacation. We were told the residents don't like that this unit is grandfathered in to allow renters.Great place but too many rules and rude residents that make you feel unwelcome.

The unit was great, the layout was a little strange but nothing that took away from the stay. The views from the 9th floor were spectacular, while there we of course saw sunrise and sunset but we had a beautiful full moon rise that looked like a painting.The kitchen was more than just stocked with pots and pans. People should know that there was also things like a crockpot and a blender. We also appreciated that there was a second entrance that just required unlocking the deadbolt and handle as the main entrance coded lock was difficult for some of us with less than 20/20 vision to make out.The one thing keeping me from giving 5 stars was the wifi. It was spotty and dropped out regularly in the dining and living areas of the unit and practically non existent in the last 2 bedrooms, i suspect this may be due to the well made walls that damped sound and killed wifi. A stronger box/signal and a booster would have helped.But that was a small inconvenience. The place really is great. It very quickly became a home to us and allowed for a great beach vacation as well as a relaxing place with games, books and plenty of places to sit and relax.

Nice, spacious condo

Pros: The condo itself is very spacious and accommodating! Condo is as listed. Huge rooms, nice kitchen, plenty of furniture and space for all to gather in living room. Beach feels like private beach! Nice pool. They also have storage unit in garage by vehicle spot that has beach chairs, boogie board, beach toys, etc. Coms: listing says there is golf course right by and it has been closed for a couple years! My husband almost brought his clubs ans would have been extremely upset. So, if one of the perks for your family is for to play golf - it’s closed and listing should update this. This condo is locked down. You access lock box at checkin to get keys, and another set woth garage opener is in the unit. You must carry keys at all times - you cannot enter actual condo building without a key, you cannot leave the pool to get to beach without key, you can’t come back from beach to get to condo without key (of course). They do give two sets. If kiddos aren’t traponaible/may lose, I would go with them everywhere (ours did not lose. If you do 250 fine). You also must provide your info at check-in in lobby; they state everywhere this is not rentals, mostly ppl live there it is an HOA; no horseplay. No hanging of towels on balcony, or beach things on balcony, etc. we really enjoyed our stay overall! But, pretty strict rules, which we were okay with. But this is better suited for adults or teenagers for sure.

5 Stars – Perfect Spring Break Getaway!

We recently stayed at this beautiful 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath condo in Flagler Beach for a week over spring break with our family—four teenagers, their grandparents, and my wife and me—and it was absolutely perfect.The condo was incredibly spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need. From kitchen essentials to beach gear, it felt like every detail had been considered to make our stay easy and comfortable.The layout gave everyone room to spread out and relax, and the common areas were ideal for family meals and hanging out after a day in the sun. The location was also great—peaceful, with beautiful views, and close enough to everything we wanted to do.A special shoutout to Melanie, our main contact—she was responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed from the moment we booked through check-out.This place was a hit with every member of our group, and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back again. Highly recommend!

Ever wanted to become best friends with a property manager?

If you’re looking for daily contact with property mgmt, then this rental is for you. Unit’s washer died on our drive down. Nobody’s fault. It happens. I wasn’t expecting is rental washers being offered, scheduled, and later rescinded. Daily texts about the repairs and if we are willing to waste a day babysitting repairmen or letting a stranger in our rental with all our belongings. Two mornings at a Laundromat wasn’t something I signed up for. Overall, finding a 4 bedroom condo on the beach with views in Flagler was not easy. That being said, In the past 10 yrs we’ve stayed in 12 places in NE Florida. This is the 1st rental in which we agreed to never stay at again. This rental was grimy. Those breathtaking views were obstructed by doors/windows that werent cleaned prior to our stay and may not have been cleaned since Hurricane Charlie. Everything was cheap and dirty. Portions of the shutters were broken and bouncing around. Couches were falling apart and held together by a cheap and stained couch cover. The “stocked” kitchen was stocked with cheap, greasy, and stained cookware. My 13 year old wanted to make cookies, would not let her use the baking sheets out of fear of listeria. The “supplies” that came with the rental (TP, paper towels, soap) were insulting. Owners might as well supply nothing rather than showing that they have zero respect for those staying there. Vacations are to leave reality and responsibility behind, if that is what you are looking for

Beautiful condo, stressful trip

The condo is beautiful and spacious. Plenty of room for our family. I received a call while driving to Flagler that there was a leak in the master bedroom & they understood if we wanted to cancel. With nothing else available, I reached back out to Melanie(who was wonderful by the way) I was told that the leak had been fixed but the ac was also not working. When we arrived it was very hot as you can imagine in late June. We requested some fans or portable ac which they did not have so my husband and son found a Lowe’s & purchased 6 fans so the space would be tolerable. There was a hole in the master ceiling where the leak had been & the unit was dirty. From dust & dead bugs on the floor & furniture to a dog bone in the living room & a tampon wrapper in the twin room. I am guessing the crew was focused on the air & leak & missed appropriate cleaning. Melanie was very apologetic & was able to offer a discount for our inconvenience & for us to clean it ourselves. She offered to have the cleaning crew come back, but we had already settled in with our children & grandbaby & they had started cleaning it already. The next day Melanie was able to have the ac repaired. A minor inconvenience as most of the work was on the roof. After that point we thoroughly enjoyed the unit itself. Gorgeous views from every room. Stunning! The building management, on the other hand, was rude and unprofessional. Disappointing considering the people we met who are residents were all lovely.

Family getaway for my 80th and my son’s 60th birthdays.

Needed a 4 bedroom condo for my family of 8 (3 couples and 2 adult grandchildren). Wanted a place large enough for privacy. This condo was 3300 sq ft and layout fit the bill perfectly. Very nice condo. Pros: Melanie was easy to work with and very responsive. Great location. Well kept property and condo. Pool and area around it very nice. Beautiful sunrises from 9th floor. Wrap around balcony provided ocean and intercostal views. Condo was very well supplied and nicely furnished. Cons: Only 2 sets of keys provided. 3-4 needed. Keys were required for everything. Would be nice if condominium upgraded to keyless entry. AC unit handled bedrooms ok but living areas could have been cooler. Multiple fans helped. Parking garage door height was 6’2” and assigned stall was narrow. Large suv or truck would be problematic. There is outside parking available which we used for some of our vehicles. Overall very nice and would stay again.

Great location & Unit! The views were AMAZING!

This was a very secure building. The unit was very nice and supplied everything we needed. With the exception of the sliding glass doors, everything worked great. Our only problem with the unit was an air freshener that gave me and my father-in-law a horrible headache. Our only problem with the property was that one elevator did not work well the week we were there. The views from the condo make up for everything!

Great Condo, Weird Building

I've stayed in almost every building in Flagler Beach, and this was one of the most interesting experiences I've ever had. The short version is this condo is amazing but there are some caveats about the building that might break your stay. Pros -The Selby Group was great as always -Best views I've ever had -Incredibly nice condo -It was great having a lot of my family staying in one spot -Best kitchen I've ever used in Flagler by far -The locker full of beach equipment is amazing Cons -You get two keys and one garage opener. With potentially ten adults in this massive condo, it can get tricky to manage since there is no keyless entry to the building. You can leave one key in a lockbox the whole time, but if you park in the garage you'll have to park outside, get the key, go to the garage, then go back to the lockbox to deposit the key. Also, you need to have a key on you at all times in the building because you can get stuck (at the pool for example, which needs a key to exit the property and enter the building). I asked about a third key but it's not something they do. We found ourselves spending a lot of time strategizing our key locations, but your mileage may vary - It comes across that the residents don't want you there (a lot seem to want this to be a retirement center, which if that's the case they should make their bylaws reflect a "only permanent residents" rule). While rules enforcement is important, there will be someone reminding you of the rules the instant you mess up. For what it's worth, some of the residents I spoke with are also annoyed with being constantly watched. I've had rules conversations with every condo I've booked, but this is the only place I've seen that seems to actively be wanting to catch people doing things wrong. - Almost every conversation I had with staff was just strange. Not bad, but strange. It was like they needed to prove they had authority in the building, which makes me think they are new and it won't be a thing for long. - I wish they had a grill like some of the other condos. When I asked about a grill, I was informed that the property manager has a grill but I'm not allowed to use it. A simple "no" would have been a better answer, but I count this under the previous point of needing to show authority. Overall If you mainly want to stick together and go to the beach/pool, this is a great place to book. If you have a group that is going to want to split up, you may want to look around some more..

Fantastic Penthouse - amazing views!

This property was perfect. We rented for a week with family from out of town so we could be close to a grandparent also in the building. The bedrooms are great for privacy (and three have their own bathrooms), and the living area is very large and allows people to spread out or all sit together. Kitchen is stocked with all you need! We cooked all meals there and had everything we needed. The wrap around balcony on the top floor gave amazing views of the ocean, beach, the park, the intercoastal waterway, and the golf course. Truly wonderful to sit out there and enjoy the view. We will definitely be back!
