Experience the best of Gatlinburg at Bear Pass, a new 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom craftsman-style home located within walking distance to downtown. This property boasts a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a living room with a seasonal (Oct 1- April 1) gas fireplace and a flat-screen TV. There are two comfortable queen guest bedrooms that share a bathroom with a custom-tiled walk-in shower, and a spacious king master suite with its own custom-tiled walk-in shower. A washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience. Whether you're looking to stay close to all the action or simply enjoy a cozy night in, Bear Pass is the perfect choice for families.

Please note: The cabin is supplied with linens and bath towels. We only supply a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap & liquid, and bath bar soap. You are then responsible for said items during the remainder of your stay.

Great Location

Bears are around - so if you stay here please be aware. We saw them on two different occasions. Location Location Location. We have stayed here twice now. We love the home and we love being able to walk to downtown Gatlinburg and saving on parking. My only thing I can ask for is more kids on the pans. There is one kid and that is all. We do cool at the houses we rent and that was an issue we ran into. The garbage can is a little bit from the cabin so one is on the lookout for bears when the other takes the garbage. Again this is our 2nd time staying here and we would definitely stay again.

Excellent stay

The property had almost everything I needed. The place was clean and the location was perfect for what we needed. The only thing was that the ironing board was broken and I hurt myself on it. I hope they change that out. Otherwise everything was great.

A Gem Right in Town

Bear Pass was a perfect place for us!! We normally try for something out of town and with a view but tried something different this time!! No regrets!! Bear Pass is a beautiful, well furnished amazing place!! It’s easy to tell that the hosts take pride in their property! Not a typical Mountain View but easy access to everything in Gatlinburg! We didn’t, but you can easily walk to the strip!! No worries about accessing the house by vehicle and a nice size paved parking space! Cleanliness is a “10” and the host is a 10+++!!!! Definitely recommend!

Lovely Home for our Wedding Weekend :)

We loved this rental! It was cute and cozy and felt like home! We usually stay way up In the mountains but chose walking distance this time and we actually liked it better! So close to everything and we loved being able to see it from the chairlift up to Anakeesta! I really liked how the property manager texted me to check on us and make sure everything was going ok! That was a first from all our travels in the past ! We got married on our weekend there and we were so close to our chapel!! And the house was plenty roomie to be able to get ready in!! Great closet space in each room and all the beds were super comfy!! We loved the cozy fireplace!! Just can’t say enough good things!! Us and our 10 year old girls and our best friends that stayed with us all loved it!!
