Another set of doors from the kitchen lead to a cozy and bright Carolina room. It's a wonderful space to relax and enjoy nature This room is surrounded by windows and also leads to the elevated outdoor deck. The deck has several sitting options and a includes use of an outdoor grill.

The primary bedroom on the first floor has a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, streaming DVD player, and cable. This bedroom has an attached bath with double vanity and shower. The deck can also be accessed from this room.

There are two other downstairs bedrooms that share a bathroom with a glass-enclosed walk-in shower. The king bedroom has dark furniture with bright decor. The other bedroom contains twin beds with bright cheery furnishings. Both bedrooms have a flat-screen TV and a streaming DVD player.
