The corner-unit position opens up sky in every direction - ocean on one side, the bay catching the light on the other - while the city hums quietly far beneath you.
The condo
This entire 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo sleeps up to 4 guests and occupies a corner position on the 20th floor, giving you expansive ocean and bay views from the private lanai. Inside, the living area flows naturally toward the balcony, creating an easy connection between indoors and out. Split AC keeps the space cool and comfortable throughout the day, while soundproof balcony doors and windows ensure a calm, restful atmosphere above the neighborhood energy below.
Sleeping arrangements
The bedroom holds a queen bed with ceiling fan, split AC, and a dedicated workspace with a desk and office chair for those who need to stay connected. In the living area, a pull-out sleeper sofa accommodates up to two additional guests - best suited for children or shorter stays. Bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets are all provided.
Kitchen and dining
The full kitchen is set up for everything from a quick breakfast before the beach to a relaxed evening meal back at the condo. You'll find a Whirlpool refrigerator, GE stainless steel electric stove, GE stainless steel single oven, microwave, drip coffee maker, hot water kettle, blender, rice maker, toaster, and a baking sheet, along with cooking basics, dishes, silverware, and wine glasses. A dining table for four sits just off the kitchen, and the open layout keeps things social while you cook.
Bathroom
The bathroom features a bathtub and shower combination and is stocked with essentials including towels, bed linens, soap, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel. A hair dryer is also available.
Outdoor living
The private lanai is the heart of the condo - a spot where the views do the work. Outdoor furniture and an outdoor dining area make it an easy place to linger, whether you're watching the morning light shift across the ocean or winding down as the evening sky changes color. Beach essentials including beach towels, umbrella, beach blanket, and snorkeling gear are provided for your time at the shore.
Building and amenities
The Waikiki Banyan offers free parking for one vehicle in the on-site garage, elevator access, paid laundry rooms on every floor, a shared outdoor pool, shared hot tub (available all year, open 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM), shared sauna, shared BBQ grill, sun loungers, and an outdoor playground. An EV charger (Level 2, 220 volts) is also available on-site. Self check-in via keypad makes arrival straightforward, and long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome. An on-site coffee shop and convenience store add day-to-day ease.
