NO aggressive or unsocialized dogs will be permitted to stay on the property.
Must be completely house-trained or kept in a kennel when left alone.
Our beach communities are incredibly welcoming to animals. Due to our wonderful weather most of the year, you can easily take your furry friend to many restaurants or bars with outdoor seating available, and they will provide them with water and head pats.

POOL HEATER WINTER MONTHS
The pool heaters are electric and draw in heat from the outside air that has been warmed by the sun. Heat pump pool heaters work efficiently if the outside temperature remains above the 45â50ÂșF range. When we experience lows below 45Âș, the heaters will not be able to reach a comfortable temperature for swimming. Although we rarely see temperatures with lows below 45°F, it can happen during the winter months. Thank you for understanding.
