Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Computer Desk with Printer, Ceiling Fan in mostly all rooms, Game room with Arcades, Pool Table, Air Hockey, Pinball Machine. For mothers with baby we provide 1 portable crib, high chairs, and strollers. The house provide 2 washers, 2 dryers, 2 refrigerators and 2 dish washers. Alarm clock in each room. Also we provide 2 safes, one in each master bathroom. Full Kitchen with everything you need to prepare your favorites foods. Hot tub to die for. Convection oven perfect for baking bread?

We also provide an outdoor MOVIE SCREEN AND PROJECTOR WITH SOUND SYSTEM, like been at the movies plus an outside ICE MAKER and 2 small refrigerators. We make your stay a memorable one. This house was built with families in mind.

The a/c upstairs wasn’t cooling, most of the bedroom sheets had food crumbs, or hair under the covers. A basket with dirty towels upstairs in the washroom. A few roaches was in the kitchen, the kitchen had an odor smell. Also the pool was a little cloudy, no one came out to clean the pool our entire stay. The host charges for the game room 75 per day and it wasn’t listed before I paid.

The home was fantastic! We loved how each room had its own theme. The main living room felt big and open, despite there being so many people there. The kids loved the playroom and the pool space. The owner was very responsive and quick to handle the additional questions I had. Our only complaint was the parking situation. We ended up renting a parking lot down the road and shuffling people back and forth for unloading and for packing on the last day. That part was a pain, but otherwise the house and owner were great, and the property was well worth what we paid.

10/10 – The Perfect Home for a Large Family Getaway!We hosted our first big family trip to Orlando, FL over Father’s Day weekend, and this home exceeded every expectation. We had a total of 32 people—24 adults and 8 children—ranging in age from 1 to 83, and this house accommodated all of us beautifully.Every bedroom had its own TV and private bathroom, which made getting ready stress-free and gave everyone their own space. The beds were incredibly comfortable—better than any hotel we’ve stayed in—and there were more than enough pillows and towels provided in each room.The kitchen was fully stocked with every appliance, utensil, pot, and pan we needed. We were less than a mile from Sam’s Club and cooked all of our meals during the trip. Sharing meals around the 22-seat dining table made every night feel special and connected.The pool area was a favorite, with plenty of seating, LED lights, a sound system, and a projector screen that made it the ultimate hangout spot for both kids and adults. The kids especially loved the upstairs loft, where they could play and watch TV together.Frank was an incredible host—responsive, thoughtful, and organized. He provided detailed video instructions for all the electronics and amenities, and he was quick to respond whenever we had a question.If you’re looking for the perfect place to host a large group, this is it. We’re already planning to come back next year—everything was absolutely perfect!

I have stayed in large houses like this a few times before and this one was by far the worst one yet. The house was large and spacious for all of us, with a huge dining room table- that part was great. However, the home was filthy and had some very frustrating issues. Everything was dirty - the carpets, sheets, dishes, bathrooms and everything in between. I walked through the inside of the house barefoot upon arrival, and after one hour of being there the bottoms of my feet were black from dirt. The room I stayed in was extremely dusty. The back of the tv was covered in the most dust I have ever seenExtra money for the game room, if you open the garage door there is a fee, if you leave the game room on overnight there is a fee, if you want to use the grill there is a fee. The smoke alarm went off a few times while the team was doing homework. We have no idea why, and were concerned that something was wrong so I reached out. The landlords immediate response was "there is a 500 fee for smoking in the house. We are sending someone over to check for smoking." I was hoping someone would come check it out to see what the issue was but no one ever came. Makes me think he wanted to shake us down for money. I don't recommend staying here.there are much better places for the same price

Great size and Spacious

Overall the house was great in size and price. A number of things didn't work in the house that we paid extra for, about 30 percent of the video games, the pool heat and shower temperature were luke warm, TV upstairs had no remote to turn on, toaster didn't work and our guests spent some time with the host trying to remedy but it didnt work out as well as we planned. When we arrived we advised the host there was a rip in the back screened porch from what looks like the wind blowing the umbrella into it and we had to also contact the host for that. Overall the size of the house met our needs but I would not rent this property again.

Overall it’s a fun house, not a fan of the extra fees for stuff that is supposed to come with the house. But I would definitely recommend it and would certainly stay here again. I’ve sent three people to look at this property hopefully the extra fees won’t steer them away

Amazing vacation home!!!

My family and I enjoyed this beautiful home! The home was exactly as listed. Very spacious, clean, and family friendly. We definitely enjoyed the outside pool/bar area. The owner was also amazing, he was very responsive and took care of the few minor issues brought to his attention. The only concern we had was the parking, 7 parking spaces, but 9 vehicle. Next time my family visit we will definitely be prepared with less vehicles. Overall stay was amazing!!! We will be coming back to this home!!!

My family was very happy with the stay every thing was an aw to them especially the kids there are some things that can be fixed but it’s minor i.e two games in the game room did not work , the connection for the outside screen over the pool did not connect at all so we was not able to use the projector other then that my family enjoyed themselves and I would book again.

The perfect spot for our family vacation.

We stayed here for a week with extended family (29 people). The place is as advertised and very spacious. The only issue we had was that the AC stopped working for 2 days but the owner was on it and was able to get it repaired. We would definitely stay here again.

Inside of house was great. Owner did work issues with us, but several calls were needed. Lots of construction going on during our stay and the street near house was packed with cars. Per instructions we parked in the driveway, but with construction, sometimes getting around neighborhood was difficult.

Huge themed home for large groups

The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. I was happy that everyone in the house had their own private bathroom. We were able to cook and had plates and cutlery for everyone in our party. The driveway could very easily fit 6 or 7 cars. The pool was warm even on cooler nights. The owner was super responsive and I felt comfortable knowing if I needed anything I would be able to get a hold of someone. We would book this home again if it were available next year. Very nice house! Huge!!!

Beautiful house! Great for our multigenerational family reunion. Many bedrooms for privacy; each themed, so fun for all ages. Awesome congregational areas (downstairs great room/kitchen, upstairs living room, screened-in back patio/pool) great for mingling and doing family games/puzzles/activities. Large dining table perfect for family dinner. The two refrigerators and two dishwashers were very convenient! Owner friendly and fairly easy to communicate with (although lives out of state). Things to be aware of: -Parking can be a bit tight for more than 4 or 5 cars. -extra charges for use of game room and grills. Overall, fantastic property and great owner!!!
