In einer der exklusivsten und luxuriösesten Eigentumswohnungen am Strand in der Stadt, sehr sichere Wohnanlage. Unsere Einheit ist nur ca. 25 Meter vom weißen Sandstrand entfernt! Unsere Einheit hat einen sehr guten Raum von 180 m 2. Unser Strand ist ziemlich lang. Sie können für STUNDEN in beide Richtungen laufen !! Wir haben unsere eigene (komplexe) private Pergola mit Liegestühlen, Restaurant und Barservice im Pool- und Strandbereich.

Innerhalb von weniger als 15 Minuten zu Fuß von unserem Strand entfernt finden Sie zahlreiche Restaurants und Bars am Strand. Vor dem Eingang des Condo-Komplexes finden Sie in weniger als 15 Minuten zu Fuß: Bäckerei, Sportbar, Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Apotheke, Restaurants und Spa.

Overall a good stay! Property is incredibly safe! And amazing security guards all over the place patrolling at every exit and making you feel welcomed. My main reason for not having it be a 5 star review is the beach loaded with “sargazo” (sea algae) and although out of control of the property owner it is something we saw other properties and hotels mitigate by setting up nets 100 ft into the sea and daily clean ups with tractors and saw it to be quite effective where as for our beach front it was ridden with algae not only making it impossible to go into the water but also generating an intense sulfur like smell.

What a beautiful and well maintained condo. We had a few issues with our door lock but Ilia was fantastic! Quick to respond and eager to fix the issues. We highly recommend the stay there! The restaurants outside of the Club were exceptional as well and the cook made us the most delicious meal our last night there!

Not a lot of chairs around pool. Hot water for showers was sporadic Mostly warm water to cool. Tv in master bedroom was fine we had issues with the main TV and never really worked even after people came in and fixed it twice. Owner was very responsive on any issue. Don't Look Any Further

The property inside and out was immaculate. The condo was spacious and well laid out for two couples. Two master bedrooms, one at the front and one down the hall each with ensuites. There was adequate supplies to make meals but bring your spices. There was salt, no pepper and nothing else. We didn't shop at the big grocery store because we loved the staff and selection and ease of buying what we needed as we needed it from the mini mart (out the gate and right). We bought avocado, pineapple and banana from the man with the wheelbarrow on the beach. Delicious (pass on the mango). Dinners at La Bruja, Castaways, Citrus and the beach resort restaurant were incredible. Better than what we can find at home. You can walk on the beach for miles so beautiful. There is seaweed in the water but it is in different spots each day, so one day it will be clear and the next not but it isn't bad like it is in other areas.The beach in front of the resort is the best because it is cleaned at least twice a day. Illia is easy to reach and quick to respond. Tip: there is an AC temp light that can be turned off on the remote, look for the LED button. There is a new water filtration system which was so convenient. There are mosquitoes, not many but if they love you, then you need your bug spray. I have never seen such a well maintained resort. Beautiful. Plenty of comfortable chairs on the beach and by the pool. Lots of shade as well. The staff were friendly. Book here, you won't regret it.

The condo is everything you could expect. The pictures on the website were very accurate. Beautiful views. We used our deck every night to enjoy them. Very nice sandy beach. Pool area was fabulous. No fighting for chairs, there were plenty at the beach and pool. We were 3 ladies on a girls trip and felt very safe. Right outside the condo are many restaurants that are easy to walk to. Security was always present. Condo owner was lovely to deal with and very responsive to all my questions being this was our 1st trip to the Dominican. We are already discussing our next trip back. We would rent this condo again!

Family Getaway in Paradise

I'm a travel agent and usually stay at all-inclusives when I travel but this time wanted a different experience. I brought my daughter, son-in-law and three grandchildren to the Dominican Republic for a week over Thanksgiving and wanted my grandkids to have a more cultural experience than you can get in an all-inclusive. Everyone had a blast. The location of the condo is perfect for walking and there are plenty of good restaurants and a supermarket within steps of the entrance. Ilia and her team were outstanding to work with and made everything seamless. The condo is spotless. Our driver(s) were on time and easy to access through What's App. The level of service equalled that you receive at an all inclusive. Thanks so much for a wonderful week in paradise. The kids are already asking to come back!

Best vacation spot

My family and I stayed in Ilia’s condo for one week. It is very clean and spacious. It is located in a safe area. Ilia is very helpful and will help with anything we needed. We loved meeting Mary who came one day to cook for us. She let me learn from her and help with the meal. As a Spanish teacher, I am so thankful to be able to talk with the local people and learn more about the Dominican culture. We had so much fun at the same time. I will definitely stay here again someday. 😊

Beautiful property and close to everything

This property is beautiful! Everything thing looks better than the pictures. So modern and comfortable. There are literally 4 bathrooms one for each room. It was 3 of us and we each had a king size bed. However the beds can be doubles if needed. We were able to cook breakfast if we wanted or go walking for food right outside the gate. We were right in the heart of things and close to other area attractions via uber or private taxi with Pedro or Willi. Ilia was always available with answers to our questions. You have quick access to the beach and the pool. I definitely recommend this home for booking.

Wonderful return

We returned to this great condo after our first experience in 2022. This time we extended our stay from 10 days to 14 days. This is a great find if you’re looking for a relaxing environment. Hard to beat!!

Family Vacation of 5 adults, teenager & 2 year old grandchild. First time traveling out of the U.S. with entire family so was a bit nervous but needn't be. Full review: - How can you beat a 4BR/4Bath condo on the beach!! Everyone/couple had their own bedroom & bathroom (maids quarters were perfect for single son). No extra charge for pack 'n play for grandson to sleep in. - Condo is very spacious, up-to-date & clean. Furniture is leather so you are assured it is clean:) Washer & dryer in unit!! - Mary, housekeeper is so sweet! - Ilia responded quickly to questions and provided great info before we arrived. - Pedro, Ilia's recommended driver is great! Took us to buy groceries also. - Grounds of complex are very well kept and spacious. - Clientele in complex seemed older. Didn't see a lot of other kids/families but all were friendly. - Pools are clean, well kept and front pool is very convenient to condo. Liked the back pool as well (had more chairs available and kiddie pool is more shallow). - TOC, the restaurant & bar right on the beach at the complex is perfect & super convenient!! Great staff, food, drinks & atmosphere!! Could bring drinks to pool or on the beach but didn't have to buy from them, could bring your own. - Beach is powder sand and lots of beach chairs available. Water had more floating weeds than expected but not bad and beach is cleaned up daily. - Felt very safe at all times especially on the beach side even at night. Complex has security around all of the time. - Short walking distance to bars, restaurants, & shops on the beach and behind the complex plus a small super market - everything super convenient. Locals that we encountered were super nice. - Dollar accepted everywhere but bring small bills. They don't always have correct change. Great trip, wonderful memories!! Highly recommend!

Punta Cana Perfect

So fortunate to have found this listing…plenty of space, beautiful beach and pool area, quiet atmosphere, spotlessly clean condo, close to restaurants and groceries. No need for a car. The condo grounds are meticulously groomed and the spaciousness of the grounds is very appealing. The condo is even better than the pictures provided. Ilia is an excellent communicator. If you need something, she is readily available to help. Mary makes wonderful Dominican food…had her make 3 dinners for us. We so enjoyed our 10 days. Thank you, Ilia, for taking such care in making sure we had a great experience. We will be back.
