"I spent two full weeks at Grand Palace Hotel in Sanur and I enjoyed all the time. The staff was really friendly and helpful. They cared for all my requests. My room was in good condition, beds comfortable and the entire hotel was kept clean. Breakfast was good, the selection of food was average with only minor variations from day to day. Furthermore they had a good menu with delicious dishes for lunch and dinner. To go to the beach or to the shopping mall it is a ten minute walk. As mentioned in many reviews before, the hotel is situated at a very busy main road with dangerous pedestrian ways. Overall, Grand Palace Hotel is highly recommended. "
